specifically the running bandwagon .. I have missed two of the runs that I have signed up for and to make it worse, I have not been doing any run on my own .. The saving grace (I hope) is that I have been attending Rebel Bootcamp to boost u my core and upper body strength ..
Anyway the point of this post is to psych myself up for this weekend's KL Marathon .. Gonna do some light running tonight just to loosen up those leg muscles .. Let's hope that everything goes alright then ..
